On Thursday, March 24, 1988, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.,
Foothills -Gateway Rehabilitation Center*, 301 E. Skyway

project in your neighborhood. The proposed project

The applicants are proposing to annex and master plan 52 acres. The site is
located west of College Ave. and north of Trilby Road. The proposed master
plan includes commercial, retail, and office development.
The purpose of the March 24th meeting is to present the proposed development
plan to the neighborhood, answer questions about the project and receive com-
ments from the surrounding residents on this matter. The Staff would strongly
urge you to attend this meeting. If you cannot attend, written comments may
be sent.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this neighborhood meet-
ing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of
the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental
situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel
free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have
the opportunity to attend.
