Dear Mike;
I've had the opportunity to review the Petition for Annexation for the Fla-
tiron East Prospect Road First Annexation delivered to me last week. Just a
few simple changes need to be made. I've enclosed a copy of the Annexation
Petition and Annexation Agreement with suggested changes indicated in red.
PETITION FOR ANNEXATION
1. In the WHEREFORE paragraph on the bottom of page 1, after "Annexation
Agreement" please add, "Attachment "B", attached hereto,".
2. On ATTACHMENT "A" please correct the title of the annexation to read,
"FLATIRON EAST PROSPECT ROAD FIRST ANNEXATION".
ATTACHMENT "B"
1. Please add the same legal description to EXHIBIT "A" on page 4 as is
found in ATTACHMENT "A" contained in the Petition for Annexation.
When resubmitting the Petition for Annexation, please have all the appro-
priate people sign in the appropriate places. I would like to send the
material to the City Council for first ordinance readings on Tuesday April
19, 1988. And to the Planning and Zoning Board on Monday April 25, 1988.
In order to schedule the annexation for these meetings I need a signed
petition, a $50.00 application fee, and a $10.00 recording fee by Monday
April 11, 1988.
