Dear Mike,
Enclosed is a copy of. the Annexation Plat for the Flatiron East Pro-
spect Road Annexation for your review. The plat was drawn by the City of
Fort Collins based on information which you had previously supplied to us.
The area to be annexed covers Parcels C, D, E, F, G, and H. I, however,
provided you some misinformation in my letter of October 19, 1987. The
total area of the annexation will be 150.4793 acres and not the 144.508
acres I had indicated earlier. It seems that I miscalculated the amount of
area included within the East Prospect Road right-of-way portion of the
annexation. The Annexation Plat contains the legal description for the
entire annexation.
