Please review the following language for use on the Housing Author-
ity's non -conforming use change (former Sunset Mobile Home Park) site
plan, approved by the Planning and Zoning Board May 23, 1988:
"No alley improvements are required as part of the approval of this
non -conforming use change; however, tinie property owner does agree to
participate in alley improvements at such time as an improvement dis-
trict is formed, unless otherwise exempted from participation
