HomeMy WebLinkAboutMOUNTAIN PARK HOMES - CHANGE OF NON-CONFORMING USE - 37-88 - CORRESPONDENCE - RESPONSE TO APPLICANTCITY OF FORT COLLINS OFFICE OF DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, PLANNING DEPARTMENT May 24, 1988 Jim Kline c/o Fort Collins Housing Authority 1715 W. Mountain Avenue Fort Collins, CO 80524 Dear Jim: As you know, the Planning and Zoning Board approved the Mountain Park Homes Change to a Non -Conforming Use at the May 23, 1988 Planning and Zoning Board meeting. The Board did not place any restrictions for occupancy on this approval, preferring to leave the determination of occupancy to the Housing Authority and Board. A mylar copy of all plans (site plan, landscape plan, building elevations) must be submitted to this office for filing. The site plan needs to contain the signature blocks for the Planning and Zoning Board and the propertyowner. The propertyowner's signature will need to be on the mylar when you submit it to me. A note regarding the future participation in alley improvements must also be placed on the site plan using the following language: "No alley improvements are being required as part of this change in non- conforming use. The applicant does agree to participate in future improve- ments made to the alley at such time as an improvements district is formed to make improvements." Because there is a 14-day waiting period prior to filing the plans (to allow for an appeal to Council of Planning and Zoning Board decisions), I cannot file them before June 7, 1988. Please call me if you have any questions. Sinclny, Sherry Alb tson-Clark Senior Cit Tanner SERVICES, PLANNING
