Per the tables presented in the International Plumbing Code (IPC), the fixtures intended for installation
at Bucking Horse Park Restroom total 39.25 water supply fixture units (WSFU). This corresponds to a
meter/ service demand of 46 gallons per minute. According to Fort Collins Water Utility Development
Review Engineer, Matt Simpson, this corresponds to a 1” water meter and service, which can provide the
site with 50 gallons per minute.
