This letter is in response to verbal notification from yourself concerning the above noted project. A telephone
conversation between you and myself indicated an existing complaint against the above noted project stating the
Roof Top Units (BTUs) were not screened from sight from the Public Right of Way.
R.C. Heath Construction Co. offers the following solution to this complaint. The RTUs housings in question will
be painted to match the surrounding areas in attempt to eliminate the contrast in colors which draws the eye. This
color can be a silver color to match the galvanized roofing material, light grey to match the siding on the building
or sky blue to blend into the sky above. This method is consistant will many other recent projects completed in
Fort Collins as the method for solving this item.

like to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
