The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, May 20,
1996*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avene, will
discuss a project commonly known as Interstate Land PUD, 1st Filing (Harley
Davidson) - Final, #34-88C.
The applicant is requesting 26,200 s.f. of commercial floor area (in two buildings) on two
lots totaling 4.0 acres. Located on the northwest side of the 1-25 Frontage Road, and
zoned hp, Highway Business.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this
matter, as well as your neighbor's input, and extremely important element in the City's
review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments
are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of
the area based on current County Assessor's records. If you should have questions or
