On January 22, 1996, the Planning and Zoning Board voted to rescind their January
8th action on the Interstate Land Preliminary PUD. The owner of the subject property is
therefore withdrawing the appeal filed on January 19, 1996, pending the Planning and Zoning
Boards re -hearing of the Preliminary PUD scheduled for February 26, 1996.
