HomeMy WebLinkAboutINTERSTATE LAND PUD - PRELIMINARY - 34-88B - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-HEARING (2)CommIVy Planning and Environmentaervices Current Planning City of Fort Collins January 11, 1996 Dear Resident: The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, January 22, 1996*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will discuss whether to rescind their vote on a project commonly known as Interstate Land PUD - Preliminary, #34-88B. On January 8, 1996 the Planning and Zoning Board denied the above referenced project. A recommendation has been made that the Board consider rescinding their January 8, 1996 decision and reschedule the PUD for formal hearing on February 26, 1996 based on the presentation of inaccurate information. Public comment will be accepted at this hearing and should be limited to the issue of reconsidering the vote. If the Board does vote to rehear the project, you will be notified prior to that hearing. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
