RE: Replat of Lot 11, Block 2 of East Mulberry Subdivision
Dear Al:
City staff has reviewed the above referenced replat and has the following com-
ments:
Replat of Lot 11, Block 2 of East Mulberry Subdivision
1. An additional 10 feet of right-of-way should be dedicated along Lincoln
Avenue, which is designated as an arterial.
2. Access control should be provided along Link Lane. Curb cut locations
should fit with parking lot layouts.
