Dear Dick:
Staff has reviewed the First Church of God Minor Subdivision and has the
following comments to make:
1. Mountain Bell has requested a 10' utility easement along the north and
south propertylines.
2. One bearing is missing on the plat (west line of section 2-6-69 along
Shield Street).
3. A non -vehicular access easement should be shown along the western
propertyline. This would prohibit any future access from Shields
Street and can either be incorporated into the 15' utility easement or
as an additional 1' easement labelled as non -vehicular access.
4. Improvements to the site's frontage along Shields Street will be
required with the development of this site.
A public hearing has been scheduled for Thursday, May 19, 1988 at 1:30
P.M. in the Planning Office. Please provide me with two (2) copies of the
revised plat no later than Tuesday, May 17, 1988. If you have any ques-
tions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact me.
