Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, August
12, 1996*, at 6.30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue,
is planning to hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The
proposed project is commonly known as Park South PUD - Amended Overall
Development Plan, #46-88F.
The applicant is requesting to amend 13.3434 acres of the Overall Development Plan from
neighborhood convenience shopping center and duplex housing or office uses to single-
family residential; located on the southeast corner of West Horsetooth Road and
Manhattan Avenue. The property is zoned RLP - Low Density Planned Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on
this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's
review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments
are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within at least 500
feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records. If you should have questions
