Lemay Avenue Suite 7-424 Fort Collins, CO 80525 Phone: 970.494.0609 Email: mgthoa@kellisoncorp.net March 1, 2022 To Whom it may Concern: This letter is intended to serve as an acknowledgement by the Bucking Horse HOA of the proposed City park, located along Miles House Road as well as the proposed City Spur Trail project that will run along the east side of the park project from Nancy Gray to Environmental Way. Furthermore, we are aware that portions of both projects will have grading impacts on HOA property and will also have portions of the trail located on property that is currently owned by the HOA. Please consider this letter confirmation of our willingness to work with the City and its Contractor to allow grading and access as needed on HOA property in support of that project. Furthermore, the HOA is currently working to convey property to the City. We are hopeful that this work will be completed prior to the park plans being approved, but should it require additional time, the HOA will work in total and complete coordination with the City as needed in order to bring the project to fruition. It is our intention to donate the following 2 parcels to the City for the park’s adjacent bike path: 1. Parcel 8720467004, Schedule 1653118; and 2. Pacel 8720466003, Schedule 1653113.
