Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, on Monday, September 23, 1991*, at 6:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold
a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The
proposed project is commonly known as Park South PUD - Overall
Development Plan, #46-88B and Park South PUD - Preliminary, #46-
88C.
The applicant is requesting an Overall Development Plan on 34.3
acres, located at the southwest corner of Horsetooth Road and
Manhattan Avenue. Proposed land us designations are single family
housing, duplex housing, office, and neighborhood convenience
shopping. The property is zoned RLP, Low Density Planned
Residential. The applicant is also requesting preliminary approval
for 121 single family lots on 22.9 acres, located west of Manhattan
Avenue, east of Benthaven Street, and south of Horsetooth Road.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff
consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's
input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this
proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written
comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of
record within 500 feet of the area based on current County
Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require
