RE: Park South Amended O.D.P
Park South Preliminary P.U.D.
Dear Mr. Middel:
On September 23, 1991, at the regular meeting of the Fort Collins
Planning and Zoning Board, the following actions were taken in
reference to the above projects:
1. Park South Amended O.D.P. was approved subject to:
A. Scaling back the amount of approximated floor area for
Parcel A from 80,000 to 50,000 square feet;
B. Deleting car wash and detail" from the list of
anticipated principal uses within the Neighborhood
Convenience Shopping Center.
2. Park South Amended Preliminary P.U.D. was approved subject to:
A. A four feet wide detached sidewalk be installed along the
west side of Manhattan Avenue as part of the development
of Park South P.U.D. Preliminary.
B. The eight lots fronting on Benthaven Street (Lots 41
through 48) be included into the Four Seasons Master
Homeowners Association prior to sale to the prospective
purchasers.
