Dear Resident:
On Wednesday, August 10, 1988, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., at The Square Shopping
Center*, 3500 South College Ave.**, the City of Fort Collins Planning Depart-
ment will hold a public information meeting on a proposed development in
your neighborhood known as Park South P.U.D. Master Plan and Preliminary,
Case Numbers #46-88 and #46-88A.
The applicants are proposing a 31 acre master plan consisting of 20 acres of
commercial uses and 11 acres of residential uses. The preliminary plan consists
of 39 single family lots on 8 acres. The proposed projects are located south of
Horsetooth Road and east and adjacent to Four Seasons P.U.D.
The purpose of the August loth meeting is to present the proposed development
plan to the neighborhood, answer questions about the project and receive
comments from the surrounding residents on this matter. The Staff would
strongly urge you to attend this meeting. If you cannot attend, written
comments may be sent.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this neighborhood
meeting (those persons living within a minimum 500 feet of the development
site), is derived from current records of the Larimer County Assessor's Office.
Please feel free to notify your neighbors of this pending meeting so all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
