HomeMy WebLinkAboutPARK SOUTH PUD - MASTER PLAN - 46-88 - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-HEARINGCITY OF FORT COLLINS OFFICE OF DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, PLANNING DEPARTMENT June 7, 1988 Dear Resident: The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, June 27, 1988*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, New City Hall, will hold a public hearing on proposed projects in your neighborhood. The proposed projects are commonly known as Park South PUD - Master Plan Case Number 46-88 and Park South PUD, Parcel A - Preliminary, Case Number 46-88A. The applicants are requesting approval for a master plan which consists of 54 dwelling units and 275,000 square feet of commercial/retail/office uses on 31 acres. The preliminary plan is a request for 54 single family dwelling units on 11 acres. Both projects are located south of Horsetooth Road and west of Manhattan Drive and are zoned R-L-P, Low Density Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners within 500 feet of the project based on current County Assessor's records.
