Box 1190 Fort Collins, CO 80522 Dear T.K., Staff has reviewed the Country Squire Estates Minor Residential Development (CTR) and has the following comments: 1. Cul-de-sac length cannot exceed 660 feet without a second point of access. 2. The access should be a dedicated right-of-way. 3. Staff recommends that the applicant use the City of Fort Collins rural street standard, as well as other City standards for alignment, detailing and construction. 4. Consider combining the existing and new access points. 5. A review of future street system needs in this area would be appropriate.
