The proposed pro- ject is commonly known as Rigden Farms Annexation, Case Number 50-88. The applicants are requesting to annex approximately 229.77 acres. The property is located east of Timberline Road and south of Drake Road. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners within 500 feet of the project based on current County Assessor's records.
