Design 4803 Innovation Drive Fort Collins, CO 80525 Dear Angie: Staff has received late comments from Public Service Company regarding the Hewlett-Packard Building Four. Public Service needs an exclusive 20' x 80' easement on the northwest corner of the site for a pressure regulator station. 2. In addition, PSCo needs to extend a high pressure gas line south in County Road #9 from Horsetooth Road to the 20' x 80' site. This line will more than likely need to be in the asphalt due to the number of other utilities in the area. 3. Based on these two comments from PSCo, the Planning Department recommends that this pressure regulator station be identified on the plans and screened appropriately so that it is not visible from C.R.#9. If you have any questions, please call Jim Slagle at PSCo, 225-7843 (direct line). As always, feel free to call the Planning Department if you have any other questions. Sincerely: Ted Shepard Senior Planner 281 North College Avenue • P.O. Box 580 • Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 • (970) 221-6750 • FAX (970) 416-2020
