ANNEXATION NO. 5 TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, according to the Clerk and
Recorder of Larimer County, Colorado and further described as follows:
That portion of the South Half of Section 33, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of 6th
Principal Meridian, Larimer County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows:
Considering the West line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 33 as bearing South
00'00'11" West, and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 33; thence

381.60 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along the West line of

being the Northwest corner of that certain parcel of land described in Deed recorded in
Book 1432, pages 231 and 232; thence along the North line of said described parcel the

5,810 feet, a distance of 502.3 feet, the chord of which bears North 87°29'41" East,

1942.86 feet to a point on the East line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 33 from
which the South Quarter corner of said Section 33 bears South 00°08'45" East, 134.95
feet, said point being the Northwest corner of that certain parcel of land described in
Deed recorded in Book 1430, Pages 620 and 621; thence along the North line of said
described parcel the following courses and distances; South 89039'43" East, 761.00 feet;
