Re: Planning Clarification for the Preston —Kelley Third Subdivision
Dear Steve,
The purpose of this letter is to clarify the intent of this subdivision application. The
intent of this subdivision is to enable Agilent Technologies to be able to offer the
Building 4 facility to different buyers.
At this time it is anticipated that any new user would develop the site in accordance with
the approved Building 4 planning and engineering documents. If the new user requires
any modifications to these plans, they would be required to apply for approval for these
modifications, through the appropriate City of Fort Collins planning process.
The drainage, utility and access issues would be taken care of in a similar manner to that
which was used between Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies during the Preston -
Kelley Second Subdivision Process. Here cross access and drainage agreements were
written to address in detail all of the issues.
In conclusion there will be no additional development other than what has been
previously approved and there will be agreements between parties that will allow
drainage, access and utilities to operate in a similar manner as they do now.
Yours truly,
zJim Allen -Morley
