On Tuesday, October 12, 1999, at 3:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter, in Conference Rooms
C & D of the Current Planning Department, 281 North College Avenue, the Administrative
Hearing Officer will conduct an Administrative Hearing to consider a request for the
project commonly known as Preston Kelley 2"d Subdivision, Final Plat Review, #25-99.
This is a request for division of current Hewlett Packard property into 2 lots. The gross
acreage is 164.473 acres and is located north of East Harmony Road and east of County
Road 9. The property is zoned HC, Harmony Corridor District.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
