HomeMy WebLinkAboutHEWLETT-PACKARD OFFICE EXPANSION - I-L SITE PLAN REVIEW - 54-88F - DECISION - HEARING OFFICER DECISION• • I-L SITE PLAN REVIEW ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING HEWLETT-PACKARD OFFICE BUILDING NO. 5 PLANNING DEPARTMENT PROJECT NUMBER #54-880 t_ WHEREAS, the applicant, Hewlett-Packard Corporation, has duly followed the City procedure for the I-L (Limited Industrial) Site Plan Review as outlined in Section 29-367 and Section 29-513 of the City Code and has submitted their application for an I-L Site Plan for the following described property, to wit: The Preston -Kelly Subdivision located in the south half of Section 33, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P.M., City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado. WHEREAS, the City Planning Department processed the application request in accordance with Section 29-513 including publication of legal notification in the local newspaper with daily, general circulation, and WHEREAS, the Director of Planning (or his duly authorized representative) held a public hearing on Thursday, January 25, 1996, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference Room, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado for the purpose of reviewing the I-L Site Plan application and for the purpose of establishing a vested right under Article 68 of Title 24, C.R.S. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED BY THE PLANNING DIRECTOR (OR HIS DULY AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE) OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS THAT: The I-L Site Plan, known as Hewlett-Packard Office Building Number Five (#54-88v) is approved, and as grounds, therefore, the following facts are found to be true: F, A. The proposed use, office, is a permitted use in the Limited Industrial Zone District. B. The proposed use conforms to the performance standards as outlined in Section 29-368 of the City Code.
