Dear Resident:
On Wednesday, July 12, 1995 at 1:30 p.m. in the Planning Department Conference
Room", second floor, 281 North College Avenue, the Planning Director will hold an
administrative review hearing to consider the request for additional office space at Hewlett-
Packard, 3404 East Harmony Road, Fort Collins, Colorado.
Hewlett-Packard is requesting permission to install a 33,320 square foot temporary modular
structure for office space. The structure would be located within the existing parking lot north of
the Building One and west of Building Two. The building would be temporary not permanent.
The Hewlett-Packard facility is located in the I-L, Limited Industrial Zone District. The request is
being processed as an I-L Site Plan Review for consideration of approval by the Planning Director
in an administrative hearing.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area
based on current County Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require further
