For your information, attached is a copy of the Staff's comments
concerning Hewlett Packard - Modular Office Space presented before
the Conceptual Review Team on May 15, 1995.
The comments are offered informally by Staff to assist you in
preparing the detailed components of the project application.
Modifications and additions to these comments may be made at the
time of formal review of this project.

CONCEPTUAL REVIEW STAFF COMMENTS
City of Fort Collins
MEETING DATE: May 15, 1995
ITEM: Hewlett Packard - Modular Office Space
APPLICANT: Ms. Amy Dykstall, Facilities Project Manager,
Hewlett Packard, 3404 East Harmony Road, Fort
Collins, CO. 80525.
LAND USE DATA: Request for a 33,320 square foot temporary modular
structure for office space located within the existing parking lot
north of Building One and west of Building Two.
COMMENTS:
1. Electrical power will come from Building One. Therefore,
there are no comments from the City's Light and Power
Department.
2. Water and Sewer services will be extended from Building One.
Therefore, there are no comments from the Water and Wastewater
Department.
3. The Building Inspection Department will require an engineered
tie down system connecting the modular to the foundation.

4. The structure must be equipped with an automatic fire
extinguishing system. Plans for this system must be submitted
and reviewed by the Poudre Fire Authority - Fire Prevention
Bureau. For further information, please contact Mike Pretz,
221-6570.
5. The Building Permit Application should include a letter
verifying that the structure will be placed over existing
impervious surface.
6. The Street Oversizing Fee may or may not be applicable.

for further details.
7. The project will be reviewed as an I-L, Limited Industrial,
Site Plan Review. The application should include a mailing
list of all property owners within 500 feet of the entire H-P
campus, excluding public rights -of -way. The mailing list must
be printed on self-adhesive mailing labels. The process take
about three to five weeks for completion.
