RODENBERGER, RECO: LARIMER COUNTY CO STP. jo-C FEE- 83 . 00 $. 00 I-L SITE PLAN REVIEW - ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING HEWLETT-PACKARD EXPANSION OF BUILDING 6 PLANNING DEPARTMENT PROJECT #54-88C WHEREAS, the applicant, the Hewlett-Packard Corporation, has duly followed the City procedure for the I-L (Limited Industrial) Site Plan Review as outlined in Section 29-367) and Section 29-513 of the City Code and has submitted their application for an I-L Site Plan for the following described property, to wit: The Preston -Kelly Subdivision located in the south half of Section 33, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P.M., City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado. WHEREAS, the City Planning Department Staff processed the application request in accordance with Section 29-513 including the publication of legal notification in the local newspaper with daily, general circulation; and WHEREAS, the Director of Planning held a public hearing on Thursday, October 6, 1988, at 1:30 P.M. in the Planning Department Conference Room, New City Hall for the purpose of reviewing the I-L Site Plan Review request and for establishing a vested right under Article 68 of Title 24, C.R.S. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PLANNING OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS THAT: The I-L Site Plan Review, known as the Hewlett-Packard Expansion, Building 6 be hereby approved, and as grounds, therefore, the Director of Planning does find the following facts to be true: A. The proposal use (office and manufacturing) is a permitted use in the Limited Industrial Zone District. B. The proposed use conforms to the performance standards as outlined in Section 29-368 of the City Code. Subject to the following condition: A. Hewlett-Packard shall reach agreement with, and meet all of the require- ments of, the City Departments to enter into agreements, secure permits, design and complete all improvements still needed for this proposed development in regard to street and t4'rm draina� provements.
