I-L SITE PLAN REVIEW ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING
HEWLETT-PACKARD C.LC.D. RECEIVING AREA EXPANSION
PLANNING DEPARTMENT NUMBER #54-88A
WHEREAS, the applicant, the Hewlett-Packard Corporation, has duly
followed the City procedure for the I-L (Limited Industrial) Site Plan
Review as outlined in Section 29-367 and Section 29-513 of the City Code
and has submitted their application for an I-L Site Plan for the following
described property, to wit:
The Preston -Kelly Subdivision located in the south half of Section 33,
Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P.M., City of Fort Collins,
County of Larimer, State of Colorado.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Department Staff processed the applica-
tion request in accordance with Section 29-513 including the publishing of
a legal notice in a local newspaper of general circulation; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Planning held a public hearing on Monday,
August 29, 1988, at 1:00 P.M. in the Planning Department Conference
Room, New City Hall, for the purpose of the reviewing the I-L Site Plan
application and establishing the vested right to proceed under Colorado
law.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED BY THE DIRECTOR
OF PLANNING OF. THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS THAT:
The I-L Site Plan, known as the Hewlett-Packard C.I.C.D. Receiving
Area Expansion be hereby approved, and as grounds, therefore, the
Director of Planning does find the following facts to be true:
A. The proposed expansion is permitted and conforms to the restric-
tions of the Limited Industrial Zone District.
B. The proposed expansion conforms to the performance standards
as outlined in Section 29-368 of the City Code.
