For your information, attached is a copy of the Staff's comments concerning
Loading Dock Facility at Hewlett-Packard which was presented before the Conceptual
Review Team on August 1, 1988.
The comments are offered informally by Staff to assist you in preparing the
detailed components of the project application. Modifications and additions to
these comments may be made at the time of formal review of this project.

CONCEPTUAL REVIEW STAFF COMMENTS
MEETING DATE: August 1, 1988
ITEM: Loading Dock Facility at Hewlett-Packard
APPLICANT: Hewlett-Packard c/o Mr. Dick Beardmore, A-E Design Associates,
323 South College Avenue, Fort Collins, CO. 80521
LAND USE DATA: 700 square feet enclosed loading dock facility for chemical
handling located just north of Building Two at 3404 East Harmony Road.
COMMENTS:
1. A letter should be prepared by a licensed engineer discussing the storm
drainage implications of the proposal. This letter will be reviewed by the
Stormwater Utility.
2. There are discussions scheduled with Mr. Matt Baker of the Engineering
Division regarding the street oversizing fee. This building should be a part
of those discussions. It may be possible that the fees collected for the
temporary structures may be credited towards this proposal. Please contact
Mr. Matt Baker at 221-6605.
3. Please contact Mr. Bob Poncelow at the Poudre Fire Authority for any infor-
mation regarding the storage or handling of hazardous material.
