HomeMy WebLinkAboutHEWLETT-PACKARD TEMPORARY MODULAR CONFERENCE SPACE - I-L SITE PLAN REVIEW - 54-88 - DECISION - HEARING OFFICER DECISIONI-L SITE PLAN REVIEW ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING HEWLETT-PACKARD TEMPORARY MODULAR CONFERENCE SPACE PLANNING DEPARTMENT PROJECT NUMBER #54-88 WHEREAS, the applicant, the Hewlett-Packard Corporation, has duly fol- lowed the City procedure for the I-L (Limited Industrial) Site Plan Review as outlined in Section 29-367 and Section 29-513 of the City Code and has submitted their application for an I-L Site Plan for, the following described property, to wit: The Preston - Kelley Subdivision located in the south half of Section 33, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P.M., City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado. WHEREAS, the City Planning Department Staff processed the application request in accordance with Section 29-513 including the notification of property owners within 500 feet of the said property, and posting the required sign on the subject property; and WHEREAS, the Director of Planning held a public hearing on Thursday, July 21, 1988, at 1:30 P.M. in the Planning Department Conference Room, New City Hall, for the purpose of reviewing the I-L Site Plan application. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED BY THE PLANNING DIRECTOR OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS THAT: The I-L Site Plan Review, known as the Hewlett-Packard Temporary Modular Conference Space, be hereby approved, and as grounds, therefore, the Direc- tor of Planning does find the following facts to be true: A: The proposed use (temporary modular conference space) is a per- mitted use in the Limited Industrial Zone District. B: The proposed use conforms to the performance standards as outlined in Section 29-368 of the City Code. It is further found by the Director of Planning that the approval of the Hewlett-Packard Temporary Modular Conference Space Site Plan shall be for a period of one year beginning with the date of approval as indicated on this document. Two successive six month extensions may be applied for with the Planning Department. Upon expiration of the second six month extension, the temporary modular conference space must be removed or the City Street Oversizing Fee must be paid to the City of Fort Collin ITEM HEWLETT-PACKARD IL Site Plan Review
