Dear Ted,
In accordance with provisions on the ammended site plan
approved July 21, 1988 Hewlett Packard is requesting a six
month extension to keep the temporary conference structures at
3404 East Harmony Road. Hewlett-Packard still considers these
structures to be temporary. HP's plan is to keep these
structures only until our new Building 6 is completed in early
1990. According to my understanding of the agreement, this
extension will allow these structures to remain until January
21, 1990.
Please contact me at 229-4194 if any additional information is
required.
Sincerely,
Steven L. Bal drson
Facilities Engineer
