HomeMy WebLinkAboutHEWLETT-PACKARD TEMPORARY MODULAR CONFERENCE SPACE - I-L SITE PLAN REVIEW - 54-88 - CORRESPONDENCE - PROJECT SUBMITTAL AND RESUBMITTALJuly 7, 1988 Mr. Steve Balderson Facilities Engineer Hewlett Packard Mail Stop #32 3404 East Harmony Road Fort Collins, CO. 80525 Dear Steve: Thank you for submitting the three copies of the temporary modular site plan to our office on July 7, 1988. The following items represent the final details that must be completed before the Planning Director will grant final approval. 1. A note should be added to the site plan that explains the time validity of the site plan and the proposed uses and that the street oversizing fee has been waived if the structures are eventually removed. Please review the suggested language and place on the site plan if acceptable. TIME VALIDITY: "The approval of the modular structures shall be for one year beginning with the date of approval as indicated by the Planning Director. Two suc- cessive six month extensions may be applied for with the Planning Depart- ment. Upon expiration of the second six month extension, the modular structures must be removed or the Street Oversizing Fee must be paid to the City of Fort Collins." 2. The Storm Drainage Department has not yet received a letter, signed by a registered engineer, stating that there will be no impact on the existing site drainage. This letter must be submitted. Please address to Mrs. Susan Hayes, Stormwater Utility, City of Fort Collins. 3. The legal description should be improved to state that the site is located within the Preston - Kelley Subdivision,. -located in the south half of Section 33, Township 7 [forth, Range 68 West of the Sixth P.M., City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado. 4. After the revisions have been added to the site plan, please submit a reproducible mylar with your owner's signatures to the Planning Depart- ment. It will not be necessary to submit prints for review. As soon as these items are completed, Staff will place a 4-egal notice in the Coloradoan stating that vested rights accrue with the approval. After the legal notice has run for seven days, the Planning Director will be eli- gible to grant approval. As of this writing, the most likely date for the 300 LaPorte Avenue • P.O.
