Any item waived must be dated and initialed by a planner with the City of Fort Collins Community Development and Neighborhood Services Department. ‰Application form, filing fee $1,599.00, $0.75 for each APO label *$413.25, and sign posting fee $50.00, Poudre Fire Authority Development Review fee $250.00. ‰Transportation Development Review Fee - $500.00 ‰The City will prepare a list of APO mailing addresses. *The number of labels for this project is 551. ‰All documents are to be submitted in .pdf format. These can be provided by email or a secure file sharing application. Please reach out to DRCoord@fcgov.com or your Development Review Coordinator for assistance as needed. ‰An Overall Development Plan composed of one or more sheets with an outer dimension of twenty-four by thirty-six inches (24”x36”) shall be submitted containing information outlined in the submittal requirements. ‰Statement of Planning Objectives. ‰Transportation Impact Study (TIS) ‰Master Utility and Overall Drainage Plan ‰Overall Drainage Report ‰Copy of applicable conceptual review letter with responses to each comment on how issues have been addressed. ‰Legal description of the site (8 ½” x 11”). ‰List of names of all general and limited partners and/or officers involved as either applicants or owners. ‰Development phasing schedule. ‰Statement of proposed ownership and maintenance responsibility of public and private open space areas. ‰Other information the Director may require. *This document is meant to be used as a checklist only.
