Dear Resident:
On Tuesday, November 29, 1988, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., in the media room of
Werner Elementary School*, 5400 Mail Creek Lane, the staff of the Planning
Department will hold a public information meeting on a proposed project in
your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly referred to as PACE
Preliminary P.U.D.
The applicants are requesting 100,000 square foot membership warehouse. The
proposed project is located on the west side of College Avenue, southwest of
Cameron Park.
The purpose of the November 29 meeting is to present the proposed develop-
ment plan to the neighborhood, answer questions about the project and receive
comments from the surrounding residents on this matter. The Staff would
strongly urge you to attend this meeting. If you cannot attend, written com-
ments may be sent.

list of affected property owners
being
notified for this
neighborhood meet-
ing
is derived from official records
of the
Larimer County
Assessor. Because of
the
lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping,
or because of rental
situations, a few affected property
owners
may have been
missed. Please feel
free
to notify your neighbor of this
pending meeting so all
neighbors may have
the
opportunity to attend.
