Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 architects Re: Pace Membership Warehouse P.U.D. #8-38 Dear Linda, Here is our response to Staff comments, January 10, 1989: 1. We have requested site lighting information from PACE, and will let you have this as soon as available. 2. Signage information, as (1) above. 3. Comment on Building Elevations appreciated. Your Concern about the blue banding is shared by Pace. Pace reviewed 4 schemes, and prefer to omit blue banding. The preferred scheme shows light grey wall panels, with mid/dark grey banding. This has the advantage of providing a neutral foil for the blue 'PACE' lettering. 4. Neighborhood letters are noted. 5. RBD is looking at the realignment of Fossil Creek Parkway east of College. When this is determined, an interim landscape plan can be designed. Please refer to note on landscape plan regarding interim landscaping. Comment regarding existing plant material on east side of College will be addressed at Final, after an inventory and evaluation has been made. 6. Note regarding disturbed areas to be seeded added to Landscape Plan. 7. Architectural Elevation of Building B, added to Building Elevation Sheet. 8. Foundation Plantings for Retail 'B' added to landscape Plan. Sincerely, Tony Hughes VAUGHT*FRYE ARCHITECTS TH/ra cc: Pete Insana Tony Fiest C i ty Sc ap e land planning • architecture 2900 S.
