Although City y power does not presently extend this far south, we do not anticipate any problems providing power to this development. The City will front the cost for extending the required service to the property. (Light and Power) 2. As you are aware, there is an area along Fossil Creek on the west side of College Avenue that is lower in elevation and is impacted by Fossil Creek flows. It is likely that this area can be filled to allow development in this area, however we encourage the developer to do some storm drainage analy- sis of the area to bring to light all the factors that will affect decision making in the future.
