Dear Linda:
Please excuse our delay in providing you a copy of the concept plan. In
checking our files, we noticed that you still needed a plan.
We plan to proceed with the project at this time but not at an exhilerated
pace. Our intention is to aim for an August 5, 1988, submission. We need
to have you begin the process to set up a neighborhood meeting as required.
We would think that some time mid to late July would be appropriate for
this meeting.
We will be forwarding a list of adjacent property owners within 500 feet
of the site to you as soon as they are available.
