HomeMy WebLinkAboutWEST FOSSIL CREEK MASTER PLAN - 61-88, C - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-NEIGHBORHOOD MEETINGDevelwent Services Planning Department July 11, 1988 Dear Resident: On Tuesday, July 26, 1988, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., at the Poudre Valley R.E.A. building, 4809 S. College Avenue*, the staff of the Planning Department will hold a public information meeting on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly referred to as West Fossil Creek Master Plan. The applicant is requesting to master plan approximately 52 acres, consisting of planned business, highway business and multi -family land uses. The site is located on the east and west sides of College Avenue in the vicinity of Fossil Creek Parkway. The purpose of the July 26 meeting is to present the proposed development plan to the neighborhood, answer questions about the project and receive com- ments from the surrounding residents on this matter. The Staff would strongly urge you to attend this meeting. If you cannot attend, written comments may be sent. The list of affected property owners being notified for this neighborhood meet- ing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
