Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
November 21, 1988*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, New City Hall, will
hold a public hearing on proposed developments in your neighborhood. The pro-
posed projects are commonly known as West Fossil Creek Zoning Case Numbcr
61-88B, and West Fossil Creek - Master Plan, Case Number 61-88C.
The applicants are requesting approval to zone 4.4 acres from
T-Transition to 11-1),
highway business, and
44.6 acres
from T-Transition to b-p, planned
business. Tlic
property is located on
the west
side of South College Avenue,
south and west of
Cameron Park. The
applicants
are also requesting approval
for a master plan
consisting of 56 acres
of business
service uses and is located on
both sides of South
College Avenue, in the
vicinity of
Fossil Creek Parkway.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this
meeting, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners within 500 feet of the
project based on current County Assessor's records. If you should have questions or
