I have received from Transamerica Title Insurance Company an examination of the records of the Clerk and Recorder of Larimer County, Colorado. Based on that examination, I have verified that U.S. 287 Associates, Ltd. is the owner of real property in the area proposed for annexation, and that J. Paul Heffron is authorized to sign as general partner on behalf of such owner.
