I have ber?n forced to meet the zoninq restrictions for many years that limit the number of non -related persons living in the dwelling. It would be to my advantage to be able to house up to 5 unrelated pe-sons in this rental house. I could make a lot more money. If you qrant this variance. I feel it only right that I be a!!owcd to have a variance that would allow me to house up to 5 unrelated people in my rental property. If the City is unwilling to treat all the same, in this regard, I am not in favor of the Merle Group Home. A double standard is never a good solution. I also feel that if this type of variance was granted, and others property owners were treated fairly and allowed similar variances, there would be many negative impacts on this single family neighborhood. sincerely, 'au Michael J.
