RE: Douglas Manor Group Home
Dear Sirs,
On September 26, 1988, the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of Fort
Collins, approved the above referenced project with the following conditions:
1. The group home shall be a home for the elderly limited to a maximum of
five (5) residents.
2. There will be a maximum number of two (2) staff persons working in the
home at any one time.
3. The elderly residents would not be allowed to drive or store an automobile
on the property.
4. There will be no signage for the group home.
