Dear Resident:
On Wednesday, August 3, 1988, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., at Peace With Christ
Lutheran Church*, 1412 West Swallow Road, the City of Fort Collins Planning
Department will hold a public information meeting on a proposed development
in your neighborhood.
The applicants are proposing a group home for 4 residents excluding supervi-
sors. The proposed project is located at 2607 Dunbar Avenue and is zoned
R-L-P, Low Density Planned Residential.
The purpose of the August 3rd meeting is to present the proposed development
plan to the neighborhood, answer questions about the project and receive
comments from the surrounding residents on this matter. The Staff would
strongly urge you to attend this meeting. If you cannot attend, written
comments may be sent.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this neighborhood
meeting (those persons living within a minimum 500 feet of the development
site), is derived from current records of the Larimer County Assessor's Office.
Please feel free to notify your neighbors of this pending meeting so all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
