RE: PINERIDGE lst & 2nd ANNEXATION
We would like to request that the Pineridge annexations be tabled to
allow more time for our association to discuss the impact of this
annexation with the City Planning Staff. There are several concerns
that need to be addressed:
-What are the future plans for this property?
-Why "residential" zoning on open space that is to be a park?
-Why are covenants not attached to restrict any development?
-Will the city adhere to the County's Foothills plan which specifically
prohibits any development along the ridge?
We received a notice from the City Planning Department on Tuesday of last
week and have not had adequate time to research these questions or to
make arrangements to attend the meeting tonight.
