Dear Mr. Herrera:
This letter is to confirm that the four lots that make up the West Park Subdivi-
sion, as approved by the Director of Planning on September 8, 1988, are zoned
Commercial. According to Section 29-351 of the City Code, both single and
multi -family dwellings are permitted uses in the Commercial zone. As permitted
uses, the existing single and multi -family dwellings could be replaced in the
event of destruction. Also, as permitted uses, no review would be required by
the Planning Department to replace the dwellings.
