Dear Property Owner:
On Thursday, September 8, 1988, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Department
Conference Room, 300 LaPorte Avenue*, the Director of Planning will hold a
public hearing to consider a Minor Subdivision.
The request is to create a four lot subdivision at Cherry Street and Meldrum
Street.
This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed in accor-
dance with City Ordinance 113-87.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this hearing is derived
from current records of the Larimer County Assessor's Office. Please feel free
to notify your neighbors of this pending hearing so all may have the opportu-
nity to attend.
