HomeMy WebLinkAboutPROSPECT PLAZA PUD - FINAL - 73-88A - CORRESPONDENCE - MEMO / P & Z BOARDiiij Develo Planning City of Fort Collins Services epartment MEMORANDUM TO: Planning and Zoning Board FROM: Sherry Albertson -Clark, Chief Planner RE: Prospect Plaza PUD Update DATE: February 19, 1990 As you know, the developer of Prospect Plaza PUD (approved by the Board December 1, 1988) has not completed landscaping or public improvements (reconfiguration of curb cut on Prospect) required of the PUD. The last discussion we had regarding this topic several months ago has resulted in new letters of credit issued by the developer to cover the cost of landscaping and public improvements. The expiration date of both letters of credit is June 15, 1990. This means that if the necessary improvements are not installed by the developer, the City may install the improvements against the letter of credit prior to its expiration date. There is also the matter of the existing satellite disk to resolve. I have sent a letter to the developer (see attached) regarding this matter and how important it is to staff and the Board to see that these matters are resolved. 300 LaPorte Avenue • P.O.
