Last week I met with Tony Hughes of Vaught Fry Archi-
tects, and Ed Hyatt with Cityscape Design. At this meeting I
was shown how the berming Profile against the south side of
the building had been modified. These modified berm profile
drawings seem to be Quite satisfactory with rye.
Ed Hyatt then proceeded to show, me what would be done to
revise the landscape design, mainly at the south east corner
of the building. These landscape design revisions will be a
welcome improvement.
As the adjacent land owner and the landscape contractor
for the pro„ect, I feel that i must comment on the grass
swale along the south property line. It has been :ray past
experience that a one Percent slope in turf would be Just
asking for trouble. Ma_;')t_ cost effective alternative could
be explored.
