HomeMy WebLinkAboutWEBERG PUD - PRELIMINARY - 76-88F - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-NEIGHBORHOOD MEETINGrol Services Planning Department February 15, 1989 Dear Resident: On Wednesday, March 1, 1989, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., in the conference room at Poudre Valley REA, 4809 South College Avenue*, the staff of the Planning Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting on a proposed pro- ject in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly referred to as Weberg's Furniture. The proposed development consists of 70,000 square feet of furniture show- room/warehouse and 48,000 square feet of retail, warehouse, office and restau- rant uses on 9 acres. The proposed project is located west of College Avenue, at Fairway Lane (extended). The purpose of the meeting is to present the proposed development plan to the neighborhood, answer questions about the project and receive comments from the surrounding residents on this matter. The staff would strongly urge you to attend this meeting. If you cannot attend, written comments may be sent. The list of affected property owners being notified for this neighborhood meet- ing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because or rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neigh- bors may have the opportunity to attend.
